Crucial Conversations: Physician Version coming June 17

By Regina Carr Tierney, System Director, Education and Development

The customized learning lab, “Crucial Conversations: Physician Version,” will be offered on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at Main Line Health’s Center for Education at 240 N. Radnor Chester Road in Radnor.

The increasing complexity and interdependence of hospital systems demand that physicians regularly engage in some very difficult conversations. It is through these conversations that staff, policy, protocols and processes are developed. When physicians minimize their involvement in these conversations, the consequences to patients, hospitals and themselves can be profoundly negative. This course will build the skills required to master the toughest, most high-stakes challenges physician leaders face.

Please respond to Amanda Jackson (JacksonAm@mlhs.org ) by Wed, June 4 to indicate your interest in attending.  More information is available on the flyer.
