Under the terrific leadership of Dan Lazowick, DO, and Bill Surkis, MD, our three Osteopathic track residents have again scored the highest in-training exam scores in the entire United States of America (107 programs with 1,607 trainees).

 Congratulations to:

  • Melissa Calder, DO (PGY-3)
  • William Huntington, DO (PGY-2)
  • Amber Sobuto, DO (PGY-1)

Our tiny, three-person program has held this record since 2009 and is additionally the #1 ranked program in the United States for the cumulative period of 2006-2014.  Even more outstanding is the fact that our program is among smallest in the country (70th out of 107 for number of trainees who took the exam).
