The Home Care Network’s new physician portal, Provider Link, provides access to your patients’ records for our Home Health and Hospice services. This value-added service facilitates monitoring your patients’ status, eliminates faxed paperwork, and simplifies billing for your related services. Provider Link is a web-based application, so no software is needed.
Provider Link affords you the opportunity to:
- Review your patient’s vital signs, visit notes, visit schedules, wound histories, diagnoses, and medications prescribed by all physicians treating the patient.
- Enable your designated staff to view and print documents as needed.
- Review and sign all orders electronically.
- Generate reports identifying patients eligible for physician reimbursement for care plan certification and recertification.
