Media Policy guidelines protect MLH and its patients

Because of its reputation for excellence, Main Line Health receives numerous requests from local and national media seeking experts to comment on current trends in medicine, information on the latest research and technology or inspirational patient stories. MLH welcomes inquiries from the media 24 hours a day.

Any media interested in pursuing an interview or photo shoot with a Main Line Health employee, physician or a patient should be contacting the Department of Communications in advance. If an employee receives a call from the media, please instruct the individual to contact Bridget Therriault in Communications at 484.580.1025 (office) or 484.222.9154 (cell) or therriaultb@mlhs.org.

In addition, to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of MLH patients and their families, all reporters, film crews and photographers must always be escorted by a member of the Communications team while on a Main Line Health hospital campus. To review the MLH Media Policy, which governs when a member of the media will be given permission to interview or film, videotape or photograph any MLH facilities, go to https://mainlinehealth.ellucid.com/documents/view/544.
