By Paul Yakulis, MLH Senior Vice President, Human Resources
This is a reminder that 2017 mandatory computer-based training courses for MLH employees, including Main Line HealthCare physicians, are due for completion by July 1, 2017. These courses ensure that we are providing a safe environment for our patients, employees, physicians and our community.
Please remember that any MLHC physician who has not completed the mandatory CBTs by July 1, 2017, will be in breach of his or her obligation to comply with the “Employer’s Governing Policies” as set forth in their employment agreement. As a result, MLHC will have the right to send a notice of breach of the employment agreement, at which time the non-compliant physician will have 30 days to “cure” the issue by completing the required CBTs. A physician still failing to complete the mandatory CBTs may then be terminated for violating their MLHC employment agreement.
Anyone who has not completed their assignments will begin to get daily reminders starting June 17.
I strongly encourage all MLH employees who have not yet completed their mandatory courses (due July 1, 2017), to do so ASAP, in case of any unforeseen conflicts as we get closer to the deadline.
