Gordon Chang, MD, named Main Line Health chief of neonatology

Gordon Chang, MD, has been named Main Line Health chief of neonatology.  Dr. Chang has served as the interim chief of Neonatology at MLH since September 2018 and been a member of the MLH Neonatology physician group since 1997.

An accomplished clinician and researcher, Dr. Chang’s outstanding leadership abilities will guide MLH Neonatology to an even higher level of excellence. In his interim chief role, Dr. Chang headed several key initiatives including the incorporation of the Riddle Neonatal Intensive Care Unit into the Nemours Neonatology Group, expansion of the division and the Bryn Mawr Hospital NICU move to the new pavilion. Dr. Chang has also been highly involved in our quality and safety efforts and research initiatives at MLH, recently serving as a member of the Bryn Mawr Hospital Institutional Review Board.

Moving forward, Dr. Chang will continue to ensure that Main Line Health offers comprehensive services to our patients and delivers optimal care to the hundreds of critically ill newborns and infants we care for across the System each year.
