This week’s STEEEP Huddle, contributed by Lisa Williams, manager, Voice Services, focuses on the conversion of or voice mail system to Cisco. Use of the voice mail system at MLH is widespread from general announcements to contact center menus to employee voicemail. Patients rely on our system to connect with us and many employees rely on it to help do their job. Because of this, it is necessary to be on a vendor-supported system. The migration from our current system to Cisco is in progress and is scheduled to be completed at the end of this month.
