MLH has implemented an expanded, comprehensive multi-year Health & Productivity Program to build a “Culture of Health” where all employees can effectively manage and improve their health and productivity, and at the same time help MLH manage its employee medical plan costs.
MLH President and CEO Jack Lynch believes strongly in this initiative and has chosen to take part in a 12-week journey of his own to improve his health. Over the next 12 weeks, he will be writing about his own “Wellness Journey,” sharing information about specific highs and lows of his progress, as well as providing key behavior modification information that can help MLH employees on their own journey.
